Shipping

We offer FREE shipping Australia-wide and flat rate shipping of $20AUD for the rest of the world.

 

Fine art prints are made to order, printed with a white border and arrive ready to frame. All prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid mailing tube for protection. Please allow up to up to 3 weeks to receive your order domestically and up to up to 6 weeks to receive your order internationally depending on your location. Shipping times vary depending on destination, tracking information is provided once your order is shipped.
 

Please note: International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties/taxes and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Fine Art Prints by Melissa Wilson cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Policies change from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Returns

Due to our product being exclusively printed for each order, we do not accept returns. In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@melissawilsonphotographer.com and we will rectify the problem.
